Price Riviera Tours offers excursions in the best places in the Mayan area. So all our tours are exclusive and require reservation.

To provide you with a better service on our excursions, we limit the number of people on each of our tours.

Once the confirmation code has been received, your reservation is guaranteed. To provide quality service and maintain our commitment to all our customers Price Riviera Tours operates under the following policies:

Changes

All modifications must be made at least 1 day (24 hours) before the excursion. (not applicable for group reservations)

Group changes (Equal or more than 10 passengers)

Modifications of groups must be made at least 10 days before the excursion.

Cancellations

• In all cancellations a fee of 15% on the total amount will be charged.
• With 2 days (48 hours) prior to the tour date 15% charge of the total amount plus 400.00 MXN.
• With 1 day (24 hours) prior to the tour date, day change is accepted, but there will be no refund.
• Cancellations made on the same day of the tour, only day change is accepted, but there will be no refund.
• In case of no show or not arrive on time, there will be no refund.

Group Cancellations (equal or more than 10 passengers)

• With more than 10 days before the tour date 15% of total amount.
• Less than 10 days before the tour date 35% charge of the total amount plus 1000.00 MXN.
• In case of no show or not arrive on time, there will be no refund.

Important

• Restricted to reservations that have applied some established policy.
• Cancellations will be refunded according to the payment method made.
• The refund to your debit / credit card will occur after 15-20 days from the date of application.
• Changes to reservations or cancellations can be requested by email to contacto@pricerivieratours.com or by calling +52-984-105-2092. All changes will be subject to availability.
• If you have recently had surgery or an illness that can physically limit your abilities, please mention it to our reservation staff before booking.
• Price Riviera Tours offers excursions that require physical mobility by our customers so they must be in good health, able to understand and carry out the instructions of our staff at all times.

Prices and exchange rates

Our published prices are in Mexican pesos and the charges on the user´s cards depend on the exchange rate of the Mexican peso with their currency of origin. The exchange rate that is applied will be provided by the bank on the day of the transaction. Therefore, in your account statement you will be able to verify the exchange rate applied
